Step:

  1. First boil eggs

  2. Remove the skin,

  3. Cut onion in small pieces,crushed garlic

  4. Now put oil in the pan,add jeera,add crushed garlic

  5. Fry,when it becomes red in colour add onion slices fry add termaric and chilli powder add eggs keep stir

  6. Now add tomato pieces add ginger paste add coriander-jeera powder keep stir add garam masala powder add whole wheat flour 2 teaspoons

  7. Because of making gravy thickens add water as required

  8. Boil in full flame after that low the flame rest for five minutes

  9. Delicious Bengali type egg curry is ready

  1. 5 Egg
  2. 3 Onion
  3. 8 Garlic cloves
  4. 2 teaspoons Ginger paste
  5. 2 Tomato
  6. 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  7. 2 teaspoons red chilli powder
  8. 1 tablespoon Coriander
  9. 1 teaspoon jeera
  10. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  11. 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  12. 1 teaspoon Jeera
  13. 3 tablespoon Mustard oil
  14. to taste Salt
  15. 2 teaspoons Whole wheat flour
