Potato Vermicelli Nest

Take a medium sized mixing bowl add boiled mashed potato and half of grated cottage cheese, salt knead well.

Make a balls or shape them as a nest coat well with vermicelli press them nicely.

Then deep fry the nest till golden.

For golden egg ( Take a potato cheese mixture shape them and fry.

Drain out on kitchen tissue.

For white egg take a cottage cheese shape them oval or round.

Place these egg on potato vermicelli nest and serve.
