Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F

  2. Cream softened butter thoroughly. Slowly add sugar.

  3. Sift flour and corn starch before adding. Mix well.

  4. Add chips and gently combine.

  5. Scoop dough with 1" scoop onto baking sheet, flatten slightly with the bottom of a drinking glass.

  6. Bake for 23-25 minutes.
