Step:

  1. Take a bowl,mix besan with water until it become smooth

  2. Put onion,potato,cabbage,paneer in the batter

  3. Put all the ingredients in it & mix well

  4. Take a karahi,pour oil in it

  5. When the oil is heatup,slow the flame & with the help of spoon pour mixer in it slowly slowly in round shape

  6. When it become brown,take it out from the karahi

  7. Serve hot with ketchup & tea

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup besan
  2. 2 finely chopped onion
  3. 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
  4. 1 cup paneer cut in small pieces
  5. 1 potato cut in small pieces
  6. to taste salt
  7. 1 chopped green chilli
  8. tsp red chilli powder1/2
  9. 1/2 tsp ajwain
  10. 1/2 tsp chat masala
  11. as needed oil
  12. as required water
  13. 1 pinch baking powder
  14. leaves few chopped coriander
