Step:
Heat oil in a pan, add the garlic and sauté on a high flame for a few seconds.
Add the onions, capsicum, broccoli, baby corn, asparagus, french beans and carrots and sauté on a high flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
Just ensure the crunch of the vegetables.
Add the cornflour-water slurry, paneer cubes, sugar, salt and pepper and cook on a high flame for 2 to 3 minutes or till every thing gets well blended
Switch off the flame and do the plating.
Garnish with roasted white sesame seeds and serve immediately as side dish.

2 cups parboiled broccoli florets
1/4 cup parboiled baby corn, cut diagonally
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 asparagus sticks cut into 2 inch pieces and par boiled
1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
1/2 cup sliced spring onions
1 small carrot chopped and parboiled
1/2 cup sliced capsicum
1/2 cup paneer /cottage cheese cubed
1/2 cup parboiled french beans, cut diagonally
1 teaspoon cornflour dissolved in 1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp sugar (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon roasted white sesame seeds for the garnish
