Step:

  1. Rinse the chops and pat dry

  2. Combine all spices in bowl and rub on chops

  3. Spray olive oil on dutch oven pot

  4. Place 3 strips of bacon on top of chops

  5. Sprinkle brown sugar on top

  6. Cover dutch oven and bake at 350 degree for 15 minutes

  7. Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until bacon is crisp

  8. Enjoy
