Litchi Ice Cream

Take fresh Litchis,I’ve taken farm fresh litchis from my kitchen garden.

Peel the litchis.

First, peel the skin of the lychee, de-seed and chop up the pulp.

Grind half the litchis with milk in a food processor.

Assemble all the ingredients.

Now mix all ingredients in a bowl and combine until well blended.

Pour in to airtight container and freeze overnight.

Serve according to your taste and style.
