Sponge cakes

In bowl mix margarine and sugar until the sugar dissolves,then add beaten eggs and vanilla essence

Add flour,baking powder and milk then mix until the batter is well combined

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C

Grease pan/ cake tin with butter and pour the batter in then bake until the sponge is well baked

Allow to cool and cut into square shapes and serve
