Step:

  1. In a large mixing bowl whisk together batter mix

  2. Heat up 8 inch non stick pan over high heat add 3/4 tablespoon oil and put pork and shrimps and wait until the oil smokes. pour 1/2 small ladle of batter (you should hear the sizzling else heat is too low)

  3. Swirl the pan to coat evenly and pour another 1/2 small ladle on the side to coat the edge

  4. Reduce heat after 1min and cook to a crisp for 1-2 min.Flip the crepe and crisp the other side for 1 min.

  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onion and bean sprout. flat the crepe on soft rice paper fold the crepe like a taco and add lettuce mint coriander.

  6. Serve with nuoc cham dipping sauce : below

  7. Mortar garlic and red chili add 1 teaspoon sugar, lime juice, water, fish sauce

  5. 1 pinch salt
  6. small ladle coconut cream (optional)
  7. 3/4 tablespoon oil
  8. 5 tiny shrimps
  9. 2 thin sliced pork
  10. chopped green onion lettuce mint coriander
  11. vietnamese soft rice paper
  12. Nuoc Cham Dipping Sauce
  13. 2 cloves garlic and red chili
  14. 1/8 lime juice
  15. 2 tablespoon fish sauce
  16. 4 table spoons water
