Bun dough

Mix yeast with 1 tbsp sugar add the warm milk set aside to foam

Sieve flour add sugat and egg yellow food colour mix completely

Add cooking oil and the egg mix add yeast mixture start kneading

Transfer to the table and knead for about 10-15 min

Oil your bowl and put the dough in it then cover and place in a warm place to rise about 15 minutes

I used for making buns and dates paste rolls
