Step:

  1. Have your noodles prepared, and then set in cold water.

  2. Preheat oven to 475.

  3. Combine first 8 ingredients (meatballs)

  4. Get a large cookie sheet and a cooling rack prepared (light spray)

  5. Roll balls and then place on 475 for 10 minutes.

  6. Pour half marinara into bottom of baking dish.

  7. Mix ricotta, add about 2 tsp to each noodle, and then place a meatball inside it. Continue to line pan with meatball stuffed shells.

  8. If you have any left over ricotta mix, spread it on top of full dish. Pour rest of marinara on the top, spread, then top with Parmesan, and mozzarella cheese.

  9. Bake on 475 until sauce begins to bubble (about 10minutes)

Ingredients

  1. 1 lb ground beef
  2. 1 lb ground pork
  3. 1/4 cup Parmesan grounds
  4. 1 cup bread crumbs (Italian is best, or add your own seasoning)
  5. 1/2 cup Finely Minced dried onion
  6. 2 tsp garlic (or 2 cloves)
  7. 1/4 cup parsley
  8. 2 eggs
  9. For ricotta mix
  10. 15 oz ricotta cheese
  11. 1/2 cup basil
  12. 1/2 cup parsley
  13. 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  14. 1/4 cup mozzarella (for ricotta mix)
  15. Jumbo shells (prepared according to box)
  16. 24 oz Marinara sauce
  17. Parmesan (grated, for top)
  18. Mozzarella (for top)
