Fluffy Coconut Cream Rice #myricedishcontest

Pour water into a cooking pan. Add salt

Once water starts to boil add vegtable oil

Add coconut cream

Let water boil until bubbling. Wash rice and pour into the pan

Cook on high heat uncovered until water reduces to below the rice. Cover reduce heat to a simmer. Cook until all the water has dissolved.

Serve with stew
