Baked sausage and fried egg on a toast # eldy breakfast contest

Preheat the oven and put in the sausage 's with very little oil,leave them to cook slowly as you turn them every time until they are well cooked.

Put oil on a sauce pan,let be hot,beat in your egg,add the chilli flakes and little salt,let it cook as per your desire,turn it to cook their side, remove from heat and serve it on a plate

Toast the bread, and apply butter or what you like,cut tomatoes into ring's and arrange nicely on the plate plus your sausages, serve,with tea or coffee.
