Step:

  2. Heat the vegetable oil in the pan.

  3. Add the chicken pieces and simmer over low heat until all the liquid has been absorbed.

  4. Pour the palm oil over the chicken and serve with rice.

  2. 4 tbsp Dijon mustard
  3. 1 Maggi cube
  4. 1 tbsp oil (vegetable or peanut)
  5. 60 ml red palm oil
  6. 1 salt to taste
  7. 1 Knife to cut the chicken
  8. 1 large bowl
  9. 1 large pan
  10. 1 Cooked rice (optional)
