Step:

  1. Dissolve cornstarch with rice vinegar in a small bowl.

  2. In a small sauce pan over medium heat combine dissolved cornstarch with the remaining ingredients.

  3. String constantly bring to a slow boil. Remove from heat.

  4. Allow to cool.

  5. Refrigerate, or use immediately.

  6. Pour 1/4 cup over 12 cooked chicken wings. (Also good over other meats and/or veggies)

Ingredients

  1. 2 tsp cornstarch
  2. 4 tsp rice vinegar
  3. 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  4. 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  5. 1/4 cup chili garlic sauce
  6. 1 tbsp soy sauce
  7. 1 tsp lemon juice
  8. 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  9. 1/4 tsp sea salt
  10. 1 clove garlic, minced
