Step:

  1. Add all marinade ingredient to a processor and emulsify

  2. Add marinade to large freezer bag and add chicken and marinate overnight

  3. Make the yellow rice and beer braised black beans and grill the chicken

  4. Serve the chicken on top of the beans and rice and top with the pico and serve with lime wedges

  6. 4 garlic cloves
  7. 2 tbsp white sugar
  8. 1/2 cup chopped loose packed fresh cilantro

  11. tsp black pepper (I do fresh ground)
