Step:

  1. In a medium sauce pan combine raspberries and strawberries diced.

  2. Heat on medium heat until soft.

  3. Add sugar cook for 5-6 minutes.

  4. Cool for 5 minutes, Blend or puree, Strain.

  5. Pour into the glass add soda or champagne & ice cubes.

  6. Garnish with strawberry serve chilled.

Ingredients

  1. 1 tbsp Raspberries,Frozen
  2. 1 tsp Strawberries
  3. 1/2 tsp white sugar to taste
  4. 1-2 drop vanilla essence or vanilla extract
  5. 1 glass soda or sprite/ Champagne
  6. Strawberry for garnish
  7. 4-5 ice cubes
