preheat oven 450F Fahrenheit add spices to steak pan fry the steak on high 2 minutes each side put into pan in oven cook fo 15 minutes add butter on top coat both sides of steak

heat butter melt in a pan add onionsadd spices and mushrooms fry for 7 minutes mix quarter cup of oil and flour make a batter add broth and water to mushrooms bring to boil boil2 minutes add batter stir well its going to thicken
