Step:

  1. Place 24 crackers on a large serving platter. Top with ham, cheese and coleslaw or serve Cole slaw on the side. That's it!!!!! Does it get any easier?

Ingredients

  1. 24 Party crackers. I prefer Carrs Water Crackers
  2. 1/2 lb Honey ham cut into smaller pieces to fit the cracker
  3. 1/4 lb swiss cheese cut into 24 equal slices
  4. 1/2 lb store bought summer slaw or cole slaw(I drain mine a bit in a fine strainer to eliminate the crackers getting soggy after sitting a bit)
