Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F

  2. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and dressing.

  3. Use a 9x13 inch baking dish and spread sauerkraut on bottom of dish.

  4. On top of sauerkraut, layer the corned beef, half the swiss cheese and the cream cheese-dressing mixture.

  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes.

  6. When almost finished, add the remaining swiss cheese to the top of the mixture and finish cooking until bubbly and it begins to brown a bit.

  7. Serve with the rye bread.

Ingredients

  1. 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  2. 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  3. 16 oz Sauerkraut, rinsed, drained and squeezed dried
  4. 1/2 lb Shredded corned beef
  5. 16 oz Swiss cheese, shredded (divided)
  6. 1 tbsp Spicy brown mustard
  7. 1 loaf rye bread, cut into 2- inch pieces
