Step:

  1. In a food processor, you may use blender, finely chop almonds.

  2. Add in peppers, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper.

  3. Pulse to get a chunky puree.

  4. Drizzle in oil as you run processor, looking for a slightly thick puree as end result.

  5. This is a delicious dip with bread or vegetables. Spread it over grilled fish or chicken!
