  3. 15 ounce can of whole kernel corn drained
  4. 1/4 cup sugar
  5. As needed oil to fry in 1/4 cup total
  6. 1/4 cup vegetable oil or corn oil
  7. 1/3 teaspoon salt
  8. 3 large eggs
  9. 1/2 teaspoon water
