Step:

  1. Bake at 350°F. for 50 minutes

  2. In a bowl, beat eggs,sugar, oil, and cinnamon.

  3. Be sure to beat well.

  4. Sift all the dry ingredients.

  5. Then add the egg mixture.

  6. Then stir in the carrots, walnuts and raisins.

  7. When the top springs back and is golden brown, the cake is done.

  1. 4 eggs
  2. 1 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1 cup oil
  4. 1 cup chopped walnuts
  5. 1/2 cup raisins
  6. 1 tsp cinnamon
  7. 2 cup flour
  8. 2 tsp baking soda
  9. 1 tsp baking powder
  10. 2 1/2 cup grated carrots
