  6. 1 small handfull woodears black Chinese fungus
  7. 2 tsp sesame oil
  8. 2 tsp soy sauce
  9. 1/4 cup Shaoxing wine
  10. 1 pinch baking soda
  11. 1 oz strip of meat from shark or chicken
  12. 1 tsp cornstarch
  13. 1/4 cup cold water
