Step:

  1. In a deep bottom pan heat the ghee and add Roasted vermicelli and saute well . (1 min or so will be enough)

  2. To this add add water and milk and then sugar, Cashew, raisin , cardomom and cloves and let it boil. Keep stirring the pot ! (no pun intended :D)

  3. After boiling , let it simmer on a low flame and keep stirring till the vermicilli is cooked well. you may add more milk in case it dry up, the vermicilli has a tendency to soak up the liquid. Taste and if required add more sugar

  4. finally add the condensed milk and stir to mix it well. This gives the porridge a thick and delicious feel... :)

  5. Put of the flame and serve in a desert bowl.

  6. The best thing abt this dish is that it can be served hot or chilled (after refrigerating for a few hours) :) mmmm... i love it

  7. add cinnamon powder on top while serving, if you are a cinnamon lover
