Step:

  1. Take bowl pour scouts

  2. Make palak paste..this paste put into scouts mix it add mutter mix again add sal,chilli powder, daniya powder,

  3. In this mixture add maida make round batter

  4. Inthis batter take small quantity...make ounf shape

  5. Keep fri pan on staw put cutlet s pour little oil fry up and down until goldcolor...plate this cutlet s

  6. Ready to serve...by tomato sause..realy good taste

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup palak make paste
  2. 1 cup scouts (soaked 4 hours)
  3. 1 cup Maida (for binding)
  4. 1 spoon Chilli powder
  5. 1 spoon Salt
  6. 1/2 Cup Mutter (half boiled)
  7. 1/2 cup Onion chopped
  8. 1 spoon Daniya powder
  9. Oil as need
  10. Tomato sause for side combination
