Step:

  1. Cook the cornbread based on directions on box. Muffins are easier.

  2. Mix everything together in a large bowl.

  3. I usually stuff a turkey with this but you could stuff anything with it I suppose.

  4. Bake inside a bird or bake at 350 for 30 minutes in a large baking dish.

Ingredients

  1. 1 packages cornbread mix
  2. 1 apple, cored & chopped
  3. 2 celery stalks, chopped
  4. 1 small onion, chopped
  5. 1 carrot, chopped (optional)
  6. 3 small snack peppers, chopped (optional)
  7. 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  8. 1 cup apple juice
  9. 1 packages ground sausage, cooked into crumbles
