Step:

  1. heat oil take a bamboo utensil put into oil if it bubbles its hot enough to fry

  2. mix all but okra in a bag shake mix well, add okra shake till coated well add to hot oil fry till done about 3 minutes cook in batches

Ingredients

  1. 6 cup okra sliced 1/2 thick (12.7 mm )
  2. 1 cup corn flour
  3. 1 cup flour
  4. 1 1/2 tsp salt
  5. 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  6. 1 tsp ground black pepper
  7. 1 oil to deep fry
