Step:

  1. Cream butter & sugar & beat in the egg.

  2. Stir baking soda into persimmon pulp & add to batter.

  3. Add flour, spices, nuts & raisins.

  4. Drop onto cookie sheet w/spoon.

  5. Bake 15 min. at 350

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup butter
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 1 egg
  4. 1 cup persimmon pulp
  5. 1 tsp baking soda
  6. 2 cup flour
  7. 1/2 tsp ea. ground cloves, cinnamon & nutmeg
  8. 1 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
  9. 1 cup raisins
