Dried Lavender

Lay out lavender even on flat surface

Air dry 3 days, just on counter is fine

Preheat oven to 200F

Destem leaves (the needle looking leaves) from the stem

Spread even on the baking sheet

Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until fragrance and all the way dry and crumbly in your fingers

Cool and store in a zip lock bag or airtight container
