Step:

  1. clean mushrooms . remove stems chop stems and add to sausage meat.

  2. place mushrooms in baking pan, topside down.

  3. mix sausage meat and mushroom stems . roll into balls and put in mushroom cups.

  4. sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  5. bake at 400 for 15 -20 minutes

  6. sprinkle with Swiss cheese cook till melted

  7. sprinkle with parsley and serve
