Step:

  1. Brown pork in a little bit of oil or bacon grease, coat with flour and brown some more.

  2. Add tomatoes and 2 cans of water. Add soup and 2 more cans of water.

  3. Add peppers, garlic and the rest of the ingredients.

  4. Simmer on the stove top or cook all day in a crock pot.

  1. 2 lb Smoked pork butt
  2. 6 tbsp Flour
  3. 2 can Diced tomatoes
  4. 2 can Cream of chicken soup
  5. 2 can Water
  6. 2 cup Green chiles, roasted, peeled, chopped
  7. 6 clove Garlic
  8. 1 Jalepenos, roasted, peeled, chopped
  9. 4 Tomatillos
  10. 1 Onion, chopped
  11. 2 tbsp Chili powder
  12. 2 tbsp Cumin
  13. 2 tsp Salt
  14. 1 Red potatoes (optional)
