Step:

  1. Have your fresh sage dry on a flat surface for a couple days (I did 3 days)

  2. Preheat oven to 200F

  3. Spray a cookie sheet with non stick spray

  4. Destem leaves

  5. Spread even on cookie sheet

  6. Bake 30 minutes (4500 ft elevation for me so it may take you longer), until the sage can crumble

  7. Once cooled Store in airtight container or zip lock bag
