Step:

  1. Combine creme,zest,milk powder and zest together in a bowl and mix well

  2. Add orange juice,salt and sugar and blend well till sugar dissolves

  3. Finally add the food colour. Mix well

  4. Pour the icecream mix into containers/boxes with lids and refrigerate for minimum 6hours or overnight

  5. Serve creatively and enjoy!

Ingredients

  1. 200 ml heavy creme
  2. 2 Tb milk powder
  3. 1/2 Tb fresh orange zest
  4. Fresh Juice of 2 oranges
  5. 1 ts salt
  6. 4 Tb castor/powdered sugar
  7. 1.5 ts orange food colour(optional)
