Step:

  1. Lightly spray pork chops with oil and combine the first 8 ingredients and rub over both sides of pork chops

  2. Cook on an indoor grill coated with cooking spray cook about 5 minutes each side

  3. Brush warm melted apple jelly over pork chops if desired add salt and pepper to taste

  4. Enjoy

  2. 2 tsp paprika
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 1 tsp onion powder
  5. 1 tsp garlic powder
  6. 1 tsp ground mustard
  7. 1 tsp dried thyme leaves
  8. 1/2 tsp pepper
  9. 4 Tbsp apple jelly warmed and melted
  10. 4 boneless pork loin chops (1 inch thick and 6 ounces each)
  11. 1 cooking oil spray
