Step:

  1. First grease a pan with oil and keep aside it.

  2. Now take ragi and semolina in a deep bowl add salt,cumin and hing powder and mix well

  3. Now add grated Beetroot,nicely chopped corriender,ginger and green chilli and mix well

  4. Now add curd in it and mix well add some water to prepare a soft consistency not flowing

  5. In other side prepare a steamer with water

  6. When steamer prepare then add eno fruit salt in mixture and mix well and immediately place the pan in steamer and close the lid and steamed it for 12 to15 minutes, check with knife,when done switch of gas and keep aside it to cool

  7. Other side hot oil in a pan add cumin and mustard seeds when sluppter add curry leaves

  8. After it add 2 tsp water carefully and add sugar in it continue stir for melt sugar and switch of gas

  9. When sugar melt and pour this tempting over the steamed dhokla mixture

  10. Now cut in pieces,now healthy,tasty and new flavour Ragi and Beetroot Dhokla is ready to serve


Ingredients

  1. 1 cup ragi flour
  2. 3/4 cup semolina
  3. 3/4 cup curd
  4. 2 tbsp grated Beetroot
  5. 2 tbsp nicely chopped corriender
  6. 1 green chilli nicely chopped
  7. 1 tsp nicely chopped ginger
  8. 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  9. 1/4 tsp hing powder
  10. 1 tsp Eno fruit salt
  11. to taste Salt
  12. as needed Oil for greasing pan
  13. For tempting,
  14. 8 to 10 curry leaves
  15. 1 tsp black mustard seeds
  16. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  17. 2 tsp sugar
  18. 2 tbsp oil
