Fried cubed steak

mix equal amounts of corn meal and flour in a bowl. In a skillit over med heat heat enough oil to coat the whole skillit . Salt and pepper cubed steak and coat with mixture. Place cubed steak in skillit and cook till brown on each side about 20 minutes. Turn down heat and cover and cook for a few minutes. Drain on papper towels if needed.
