Step:

  1. pour water and vinegar into a sauce pan and bring to a boil

  2. stir in sugar,ginger, garlic, Chile pepper and ketchup, simmer for 5 minutes,

  3. stir in corn starch,( i reserved a 1/3 cup of the water to dissolve the cornstarch before adding to sauce)

  2. 1 cup rice wine vinegar
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 1 tsp minced garlic
  5. 2 tsp hot chilie pepper
  6. 2 tsp corn starch
