Step:

  1. clean out 2 jars

  2. split the olive oil between the 2 jars

  3. put the balsamic in one jar and the white wine vinegar in the other

  4. add salt and pepper to both

  5. at this point, the balsamic dressing is ready.

  6. with the remaining jar, add the garlic and mustard.

  7. secure the lid on both jars and give a good shake

  3. 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  4. 2 tsp dijon mustard
  5. 1 clove garlic
