Step:

  1. Prepare cake per instructions. Cool cake 15 min. Poke holes in cake every 1/2 " with wooden spoon handle. Drizzle with condensed milk over entire cake, let stand until milk had been absorbed. Drizzle with topping. Run knife around the edges. Cover & refrigerate about 2 hours. Spread cool whip & top with toffee bits. Store in the refrigerator.

  1. 1 box German chocolate cake mix (Betty Crocker)(prepared)
  2. 1 can 14 ounce sweetened condensed milk
  3. 1 packages 16-17 oz caramel, butter scotch, or fudge topping
  4. 1 each Cool whip
  5. 1 cup Toffee bits
