  2. bring water to a boil add dry agar agar and sugar then simmer for 10 minute

  5. serve put all jelly and longan fruit with syrup with crush ice and a dash of lemon juice

  3. 1 1/2 liter water
  4. 1/2 cup sugar
  5. 1/4 tsp each drop of red / green /orange colouring
  6. TO SERVE
  7. 250 grams longan fuits and syrup
  8. 1 dash lemon juice
  9. 1 cup crush ice
