Step:

  1. with butter brown onion and bbq pork 1 minute then put to side

  2. add additional butter then add eggs

  3. gently mix onion and bbq pork onto eggs and stir gently only once to break eggs yolks

  4. off heat let egg set but not overcooked top garnish
