Step:

  1. preheat oven 425F Fahrenheit

  2. in a large bowl season wings with dry rub evenly, spread on a pan and bake until brown maybe 15 minutes or so

  3. reserve the sesame seeds but add all the sauce ingredients in pot boil stir until sugar desolves then reduce to make like a syrup turn off heat cover reduce oven heat to 350F Fahrenheit. put wing into containers add sauce and toss coating wing very well put on cooling rack in pan so wings will cook and be crispy all around sprinkle with seeds bake for 20 to 25 mins or until done

  3. dry rub this makes 3/4cup use what you need store the rest
  4. 2 1/2 tbsp paprika
  5. 2 tbsp salt
  6. 2 tbsp garlic powder
  7. 1 tbsp black pepper
  8. 1 tbsp onion powder
  9. 1 tbsp cayenne powder
  10. 1 tbsp dried oregano
  11. ingredients for sauce
  12. 1 tsp salt
  13. 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
  14. 2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  15. 1 cup pineapple juice
  16. 1 cup sugar
  17. 1/2 cup soy sauce
  18. 1/2 cup mirin sweeten rice wine
  19. 2 tbsp orange zest
  20. 2 tbsp minced garlic
  21. 2 tbsp minced ginger
  22. 1 tbsp sesame oil
  23. 2 tbsp minced green onions
  24. 3/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  25. 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  26. 2 tbsp chopped cilantro for garnish
