Step:

  1. arrange kurma in the middle of chicken and wrap up fasten with presoaked toothpick

  2. pan fry chicken in olive oil for 8 to 10 or more minute depending on the thickness of the chicken

  3. in same pan push cooked chicken aside then off heat put honey and vineger then mix well and coat chicken with the sauce and serve
