Step:

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease 2 cookie sheets.

  2. Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl and beat until thoroughly combined.

  3. Place teaspoonfuls of mixture on the cooking sheets, spacing them well apart to allow for spreading.

  4. Bake 10-12 mins or until golden brown.

  5. Transfer cookies to wire rack.
