Step:

  1. in pan little oil pan fried dried anchovies till fragrant set aside then fry eggs

  2. On the same pan add water bring it to a boil then add cabbage and cover in low heat

  3. add seasoningand simmer for 1minute , serve hot

  2. 1 large egg
  3. 1 tsp oil
  4. 2 cup water
  5. 2 cup roughly chop sweet cabbage
  6. 1/2 cup dried anchovies
  7. seasoning
  8. 1 dash fish sauce or light soy sauce
  9. 1 pinch salt and white pepper
