Step:

  1. Mix sugar, cocoa, and salt together in medium saucepan. Stir in water. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 2 minutes.

  2. Add milk. Stir and heat until hot, but DO NOT BOIL! Remove from heat and add vanilla. Beat with whisk until foamy.

  3. Serve with marshmallows or whipped cream!

  3. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  4. 1/3 cup hot water
  5. 4 cups milk
  6. 3/4 tsp vanilla
