Step:

  1. Halve tomatoes put on bake sheet cut side up

  2. Put garlic, salt, pepper and rosemary on tomatoes, drizzle with evoo.

  3. Bake at 350 for 30-40 mins.

  4. Boil pasta

  5. Mash tomatoes well.

  6. Add pasta, cheese, basil mix well.

Ingredients

  1. 1 wedge Brie cheese, remove rind, chop
  2. 10 basil leaves, chopped
  3. 8 plum tomatoes
  4. 5 garlic cloves, chopped
  5. 1 salt, pepper
  6. 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  7. 1 box ziti
  8. 1/4 cup olive oil
