Strawberry snow squares

Preheat oven at 180 degrees then in a bowl mix margarine and sugar then mix until the sugar has dissolved

Add eggs and vanilla essence mix well then add flour and baking powder continue mixing them add milk and mix then grease pan with butter and pour the dough in a square baking pan and bake

Allow the cake to cool then cut into squares, in a separate bowl mix jam, water and the colouring

Soak each square in the jam mixture for 2 minutes,remove and roll in the coconut. Allow to set and serve
