Step:

  1. Blend milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar and baking mix in blender on high for 15 seconds.

  2. Add cream cheese. Blend on high 2minutes.

  3. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate.

  4. Bake at 350°F until centre is set, 40-45 minutes.

  5. Cool.

  6. Combine cheesecake topping ingredients

  7. Combine topping ingredients and spread carefully on top.

  8. Serve with fruit.

  1. 3/4 cup milk
  2. 2 tsp vanilla
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 1 cup sugar
  5. 1/2 cup Bisquick mix
  6. 2 large pkg. cream cheese, cut into cubes and softened
  7. Cheesecake Topping
  8. 1 cup sour cream
  9. 2 tbsp sugar
  10. 2 tsp vanilla
